Child Safety and Protection Standards

At TapTap Messenger, the safety and protection of children is our highest priority. We are firmly committed to creating a secure environment for all users and maintaining strict measures to prevent any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Our Commitment:

  • We do not tolerate any content that involves the sexual exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of children.
  • We comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding child safety, including but not limited to the protection of minors from online harm.
  • We work proactively to identify, report, and remove any content that violates these standards.

Safety Measures:

  • Content Monitoring: We implement automated and manual content review procedures to detect and prevent harmful behavior.
  • User Reporting Tools: Users can report suspicious or inappropriate content or behavior directly within the app. Reports are reviewed promptly.
  • Account Management: We take immediate action, including suspension or termination, against accounts found violating our child protection standards.
  • Staff Training: Our support and safety teams receive regular training on CSAE identification, response, and legal compliance.

Cooperation with Authorities:

We cooperate fully with law enforcement and child protection agencies when investigating and prosecuting cases related to CSAE. We report all suspected illegal content to relevant authorities and trusted organizations, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
